Project pitch
Cloud Energy Photoelectric Limited is presenting a high-impact, integrated clean energy and electric mobility solution designed to transform transportation, power access, and productivity across Nigeria and West Africa. At the forefront is Cloud Ride, our innovative ride-hailing platform. We use this platform for affordable commercial customer transportation needs with our electric vehicles (EV cars, bikes, and tricycles), delivering affordable, reliable, and low-emission transport to underserved urban and peri-urban communities. Complementing this is our rapidly expanding network of EV charging stations and smart battery swap infrastructure, enabled by proprietary smart cabinet systems that ensure efficiency, uptime, and scalability across both rural and urban settlements.
Beyond mobility, we are showcasing scalable energy solutions including solar home systems, rooftop solar installations, and productive-use equipment such as solar-powered freezers and energy efficient appliances designed to unlock economic value for households and SMEs.
Our execution capability is proven. We have successfully deployed clean energy systems in Shomolu Market in collaboration with the Lagos State Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, installed over 100 rooftop solar systems through strategic partnerships and delivered solar freezer solutions to hospitals and businesses. Our EV deployments span key regions including Abuja and Plateau State. We are seeking strategic investment and partnerships to scale Cloud Ride, expand our smart charging and battery swap network, and accelerate clean energy adoption. This opportunity offers strong commercial returns, measurable climate impact, and access to one of Africa’s fastest-growing energy and mobility markets.

Planned allocation of fundraising capital
Cloud Energy Photoelectric Limited will deploy raised capital to accelerate the scale-up of its integrated electric mobility and clean energy platform, with a clear focus on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion. A significant portion of funds (40%) will be allocated to expanding the Cloud Ride electric mobility fleet procurement of EV cars, bikes, and tricycles to meet rising demand for affordable transportation. Another 25% will support the rollout of EV charging infrastructure and smart battery swap stations, including deployment of our proprietary smart cabinet systems across high-density urban and underserved rural areas. To strengthen energy access, 20% will be invested in scaling solar solutions, including rooftop systems, solar home systems (SHS), and productive-use equipment such as solar freezers for SMEs and healthcare facilities. Technology development and platform optimization for Cloud Ride, including user experience, fleet management, and payment systems, will account for 10% of the funding. The remaining 5% will be dedicated to market expansion, working capital, regulatory compliance, and strategic partnerships, staffing, particularly to deepen operations in Nigeria and support entry into Sierra Leone. This capital allocation is structured to drive rapid adoption, diversify revenue streams, and position Cloud Energy as a leader in Africa’s clean energy and electric mobility transition.
